The Half, 10k, & 5k will start and finish at Two Rivers Community Park in Adrian, Oregon.
The 5k is an out-and-back course .
The 10k & the Half are loop courses.
All three runs head south out of town then turn west, up into the hills.
Details for the Aid Stations for the Half:
Aid Station 1: Water: The turn around and half-way point for the 5k.
Aid 2: Mile 2.5: Water, Gatorade & Portable Toilets
A3: Mile 3 &4: Water (Runners will pass this station twice: Once on the way to Rimrock and then again on their way back from the Rim)
A4: Mile 5: Water, Gatorade, & Portable Toilets
A5: Mile 6.3: Water
A6: Mile 8: Water, Gatorade, & Portable Toilets
A7: Mile 9: Water
A8: Mile 10: Water, Gatorade, & Portable Toilets
A9: Mile 11.8: Water & Gatorade
At the Aid Stations
- 6' social distancing must be maintained when possible, and face coverings used when social distancing is not possible.
- Gloves and face coverings will be worn by volunteers distributing items.
- Energy gels will not be available at the aid stations but will instead be put in runner bags (one for half marathon)
- Volunteers will spread out and extend arm with gloved hand to distribute cups. Runners should take a cup and keep moving. Volunteers will be masked and runners are encouraged to pull up their face covering. Cups will not be placed on tables to avoid runners congregating. Listen to volunteers who will announce if they have water or gatorade.
